We have a variety of programs and several ways to get started. Our goal is to make fitness available to everyone. Whether you’re a firebreather or a retiring couch potato, we have a program for you.

Every day, athletes at CrossFit Arsenal train next to like-minded individuals of all levels in pursuit of a common goal: a stronger mind, body and spirit. Our strong community is a welcoming one and we would love for you to be a part of it.

We are located at 39 Clarendon St. Watertown MA 02472, just off of Arlington St. and walking distance from the Arsenal Mall and Target.

CrossFit:

Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity in order to increase work capacity across broad time and modal domain. So what does that mean? It means we run, jump, lift, throw and MOVE our bodies.

Olympic Weightlifting

The snatch and the clean & jerk. These are the movements that make up the olympic lifting otherwise known as weightlifting. The focus in this class is on improving the technique and capacity required to perform the snatch and clean & jerk.
