The snatch and the clean & jerk. These are the movements that make up the olympic lifting otherwise known simply as weightlifting.

The focus in this class is on improving the technique and capacity required to perform the snatch and clean & jerk.

This includes programming designed to improve speed, mobility, and absolute strength. Getting weight from the ground to overhead as fast as possible. It’s as simple as that.
