Welcome to CrossFit Arsenal

CrossFit Arsenal is a strength and conditioning facility that helps athletes and individuals from many walks of life achieve their performance and health goals. Our training utilizes the GPP (General Physical Preparedness) methodology in order to achieve the highest broad capacity fitness possible.

We utilize a number of tools including barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, rowers, sleds and your own body weight. You won’t find leg extension machines here — at CrossFit Arsenal YOU are the machine. Our methods are proven and our results speak for themselves.

Every day, athletes at CrossFit Arsenal train next to likeminded individuals of all levels in pursuit of a common goal: a stronger mind, body and spirit. Our strong community is a welcoming one and we would love for you to be a part of it.

We are located at 39 Clarendon St. Watertown MA 02472, just off of Arlington St. and walking distance from the Arsenal Mall and Target.
